PERMANENT PART TIME OFFICE CLERK
Description: Duties include reception; telephone; receiving, sorting and mail distribution; preparing documents/correspondence; utility billings, filing; provide information to the general public by phone, email or in person and other office duties as assigned.
Successful candidate should be able to multi task; prioritize work; be a quick learner and work independently
Qualifications: High school diploma, Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge, related municipal experience is a major asset.
Salary: $18.00 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and vacation relief for full time staff
