As per Advertising Bylaw 07-2018 07-2018 Advertising Bylaw the Village of Wabamun wishes to inform the public of the following upcoming bylaws, resolutions and public hearings :
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Take notice that pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, RSA 2000, Chapter M26 the Council of the Village of Wabamun will a hold public hearing on a development permit application, #2019-013, under Direct Control District Zoning from the Wabamun Marina at 4800 – 50 Street, Wabamun, Alberta for installation of a 48’ x 50’ x 13’-2” building to house a washroom, showers, office and sunroom and moving existing office to NE corner of lot.
As this area is zoned Direct Control, the Village Council will be holding a public hearing on the application at their regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, August 20, 2019, which begins at 6 pm at 5217 – 52 St., Wabamun, AB and will be rendering a decision on the application on that date.
Council will afford an opportunity to any interested person to make a verbal or written presentation on the application during the public hearing and shall take into account any such representations made when giving final consideration to the said application. Any written submissions to be included in the agenda package must be received at the Village Office by 12:00 p.m. (Noon) on Wednesday, August 14, 2019.
The application may be inspected at 5217 – 52 St., Wabamun, AB during regular office hours, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.. Please contact the undersigned at 780-892-2699 if you have any question about this process or application.
